Enjoy the benefits of networking with other business professionals, but take it a step further.
The Main Goal
To establish a very powerful group of female business professionals: owners, executives, managers, employees and education professionals, for a brand new group forming with an innovative approach to networking.
The Purpose
To bring women in business and women in leadership roles together for networking, but in addition, will also have a focus on communication and education to create a dynamic and dominant female presence in the business industry.
Meetings
Each meeting will provide a specific focus on a relevant topic; facilitator will engage the group in discussions to share and educate the woman in best practices, as well as challenges. This will promote personal and professional growth and enable the women to become more effective, productive and strategic in their daily role.
The Facilitators
Melanie Wilson, a WBE certified business and executive coach, along with Carolyn Humphrey and Gretchen Tillman, will facilitate and coordinate each event. Solid strategies will be taught to implement in the workplace. This group is not just women getting together to share what they do, but women on a mission to impact the business world at a whole new level
